Regions/Markets “Cheat Sheet”
Start at Main Menu, then
work in this order:
1)
REGION LISTS:
These are usually lists of your regional reps and their stations. To create
one:
a. Select Add New to create Region List name – usually label/staff.
EXAMPLE: My Company’s Regionals
b. Add reps to Region List by selecting Add a Regional.
EXAMPLE: My Name
c. Select Edit Markets/Stations to link markets to each regional’s name.
NOTE: Usually better to add markets, not stations
d. Return to Main Menu.

PRIORITY
LISTS: These are lists of songs you want to see in reports.
a. Select Add New to name a list of songs.
EXAMPLE: My Priorities
b. Select Update to pick songs by artist or title.
c. Return to Main Menu.
3)
REPORTS:
These generate a multitude of
airplay reports.
a. Select Add New to create Report Name (usually defined by formats chosen).
EXAMPLE: Rock/Alt Priorities
b. Select Region List for name of person and his markets you want to view in report.
c. Select Formats you wish to view. Save changes.
d. Select Reports Menu. Select Songs, Report Type and Report Filter. Select Report you wish to view, and View Report.
e. Print report you have selected.
OPTIONAL:

REP LISTS:
These are lists of people under the list
name.
a. Select Add New to create a List name. Select Update.
EXAMPLE: My Staff
a. Select Add Rep to add Promo Rep names and information
EXAMPLE: My Name (report can include phone, address, email, etc.)
